If your order is 2 x 230g bags of coffee your delivery will be sent in a padded envelope designed to fit through your letterbox. So you no longer need to wait in for your Good Bean Coffee Roastery delivery.
Please Note: Our padded envelopes are designed to fit through standard letterboxes. Sometimes older houses have smaller letterboxes or are shaped differently, please be aware of this when you are ordering
All orders over £12.98 (avg) and €13.98 (avg) are free for UK, Ireland, and Europe. Shipping to the US costs an average of €20 per a delivery.

When will my order be dispatched?We small batch roast our coffee to order and ship every day to ensure it reaches you as fresh as possible. Orders placed before 3 pm will be sent the same day except those placed on Fridays and weekends. We guarantee, that you will receive the freshest roast. All our coffee will have the date of when it was roasted and by who and will also give the optimal time of when the coffee is at its best and should be consumed.
Do you ship to my area?Yes, we ship our coffee worldwide, delivery to UK and Ireland in 2 days anywhere in Europe is typically 3-5 working days and the US is 4 to 5 working days (if ordered before 3 pm same day). however, in some countries, Japan, China, can take up to 2 weeks and can be expensive we're currently looking at bringing the cost and time of delivery down for countries across Asia
What happens if I'm not at home when my delivery arrives?
Here are a few options for you:
- Well, if you choose non-registered, nothing. Your delivery will be delivered to you in a padded envelope designed to fit through your letterbox. We've done a lot of test shipping and we think this is the best way to get your freshly roasted coffee.
- If your order is registered speak with a neighbor, friend or local business that is willing and available to accept the package for you.
- If possible have the package delivered to your workplace.
- Set easy to follow delivery instructions in the "Special Delivery Instructions" section of your delivery address on your account profile.
