When Chefs cook they taste everything as they go, you know why they do this. And that's what we do, we test every batch before it's packaged and sent, we try to take a simple approach, what do we have at home, most of don't have a fancy bean to cup machine or expensive coffee chemistry sets (that last one is my xmas list!). So we test using Moka pot, french press, v60 those kinds of brewing options. I think this is why our coffee always tastes perfect :-)
Fyi, when I took this shoot I forgot to remove my cleaning bowl and water bottle, yes I'm an amateur when it comes to taking photos! :-)
