It's here! it finally arrived, our shiny new toy (rose gold and black) the beautiful 6kg Roaster who I am naming Bob, but Suzy has named Vincent. Since we have moved into our new premises we have been looking for a new roaster that can give us the capacity to roast larger amounts of green beans but can also ensure our roasts are given the hand roasted quality that is synonymous with Speciality Coffees.
