Tasting notes: Baker's chocolate, brown sugar and nougat, with a crisp, refreshing acidity.

Guatemala's high mountain slopes produce some of Central America's most dependable and delicious coffees. This lot is high-grown and hand-sorted to European Preparation standard, so the beans are dense, even and full of flavour.

Washed for a clean, well-balanced cup, it's rich and chocolatey with just enough brightness to keep it lively. Roasted medium, it's a crowd-pleaser black or with milk, and works equally well as espresso or filter.
