An award-winning coffee from Fazenda Santa Izabel in Ouro Fino, high in the hills of South Minas Gerais. The farm has picked up top honours at Brazil's national specialty competitions and placed at the Cup of Excellence with its Bourbon – and this Yellow Bourbon shows why.

Dried naturally in the cherry, it brings real sweetness and a soft, velvety body with a long finish. Roasted to a medium profile, it's equally at home as espresso or filter, and holds up beautifully with milk.
